Eye elergy to skin red pimple
Hi doctor my baby is 15 month old he was suffering from an eye infection in his both eyes. So I am continuously giving him Allegra 2 ml twice a day and an sterile eye drop 0.1% twice a day. So redness has been gone from eyes but itching persists mostly when baby go for sleep and when he wakes up.
But now for past three days he developed small pimples on behind ear inside ear and over face over eyelid. And these cause itchiness more.
I am attaching photos. Pls find and share treatment or advice...

Looks like you have changed any of his daily uses things like soap, cream, oil, shampoo. Probably this is causing irritation. Try to find out irritant and avoid it.
