My mom is 63 yrs . She underwent cataract 3 yrs ago for right eye. She has dryness in both the eyes...Dr gave her systane drops last time for 1 month...she still has dryness..which eye drops to use

Ask her to follow 20 formula ie close her eyes for 20seconds after every after every 20minutes.wash her eyes with freshwater frequently and do cold compresses with ice Rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids along with systane.
