Eye dryness and pain after covid

Asked for Female, 40 Years

I haved recovered from mild covid ..now 21 days after first symptom..I feel itchiness, dryness occassional throbbing pain in eyes..post covid will eye get any impact? scared about black fungus too..what symptom to look in eyes..is it safe to use any refreshing tears

It is safe to use Refresh tears. U can put 1 drop 3-4 times a day. Pls check your sugar levels. Was steroids given during covid treatment? If you notice drop in vision/redness/pain/restriction of eye movement pls visit nearest Ophthalmologist immediately. Else Refresh tears should be ok.
