Pyricol eye drops is good or not...is this toxic...which eye drops us better to use..please suggest.

This is a steroid ....it must be used under Ophthalmologist guidance
It is a double edged sword..
It is nector ( Amrit) in certain diseases but poison ( not good) if used recklessly without Ophthalmologist guidance as it is a risk factor for developing high intraocular pressure

pyricol has a steroid called dexamethasone which is a strong steroid hence should be used under doctor supervision with caution regarding side effects.
