Eye discharge
Hello. I woke up today morning and noticed my right eye was red, and every half an hour there is discharge from it. No pain, only redness and discharge. Additional details : I have a sore throat, a bit of a cold, and did not sleep well last night. Also, I'm a programmer, so work on the computer for nearly 12 hours a day. Kindly advice. Could it be an infection? Or just fatigue?

Redness & discharge is sign of infection, you should use vigamox eye drops 2hrly+ zymer eye drops 4-5 times gradually decreasing frequency as discharge decreased

Sounds like an infection of the eye as the complaint is of frequent discharge. Would like to know if there is any itching and watering from the eye
Next Steps
Ice pack over the affected eye every 4hrs. Frequent lubricant eye drops like refresh tears every 2 hrly. Further advise based on if the eye is itchy or no
