Hello
My son is 4months old . He is not making eye contact while I'm holding him in the air . He is doing an eye contact while he is lying in bed
Is it something to worry about

This is a very non specific complaint, it's hard to diagnose anything with incomplete information.
Need more history and probably physical examination also to find out if anything is wrong.
Kindly visit a pediatrician.
