Your symptoms are suggestive of allergy
Try
A. Cold compresses
B. Avoid rubbing eyes
C use antiallergic eyedrop like epinastine twice daily along with lubricating eyedrop like refresh tears
D. Soft steroid like fluorometholone eyedrop may be required in severe caaes

You seem to be having allergy and dryness. Please put lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids and olopatadine eye drops 2to3 times daily.also do cold compresses.
