I get little burning sensation in eyes and eye tired after sitting many hours in front of computer. Will it help reduce the tiredness and the burning sensation if I use anti glare glasses? Or do I need to visit eye specialist?

Hi..
Follow guidelines to reduce computer vision syndrome ..
Reduce screen time
Take breaks
Use lubricating drops
Take care of general health
If you have to make computer glasses..might as well get checked for any number u have .
Hello,
What you are describing is a typical case of Computer Vision Syndrome. If the problem is only related to screen usage then follow the rule of 20-20-20: after every 20 minutes of continuous screen time, take a break of 20 seconds (that is look away from screen) and look at something which is atleast 20 feet away.
Also make sure you use screen devices with a proper posture and ambient and screen lighting. Generally all devices these days have anti glare screens.
Follow this simple task and u may use any lubricant 3 to 4 times a day daily for a month .
