Eye Bags And Dark Circles. Sinusitis?

Hello, I'm 16 And Having Eye Bags Under My Eyes,Which are also followed By Dark circles,And My Weight Is 67 Kgs,My Eyes Have Became Sunken At A Point That Everyone Keeps Noticing Those Eye Bags,I Know It's Not Genetics,I Had No Eyes Bags Or Dark Circles During My Childhood,I Used To Look Good,Even Though I take Sleep Well,Still It's The Same,And I Had Sinusitis,So When I Asked The Doctor About My Dark Circles,He Said It Was To Do With The Sinusitis,As An Indian Parents They Didn't Even Care About My Problems And Said It's Not That Severe,Still I Know They Lower My Confidence,And Makes Me Feel Old,I Need AnyOne Of The Doctors To Please Review On My Situation,I Do Use Mobile, Computers,But Upto Some extent,Iam Not Able To Understand The Reason Behind The Cause,Is It The Sinusitis? Or Something Else, Please Take Your Time And Review This,I Really Need Your Help.
