My husband telling me he is showing some vision problem .when he see phone and laptop...his near vision is not clear.so suggest me what I do?

What is his age. If he is getting 40 then it might be presbyopia. Or it might be computer vision syndrome.

mostly it is accommodative spasm of eyes which happen due to excessive near work . In such cases one should get a refraction done before and after cycloplegic drops to get it confirmed .

Do not worry. This is a common problem. He need to reduce his exposure to mobiles and laptops. Take adequate sleep.
Next Steps
Take frequent break while working on laptop and mobile say 1 min after every 20-30 minutes. Need to check for convergence deficiency and start the exercises for the same.

Glasses for near are usually required after the age of 40 years. Give eyes adequate rest during screen work.
