Do glasses really ruin our eyesight than contacts do? I have -0.75 in right eye and -1.25 in left eye .I'm 17 years old and can I go for a Lasik or can I correct them by glasses and contacts?

Glasses don't ruin your eyes. Rather they are helpful in saving your eyes. You can use specs or contact lenses for next 2to3 years after that you may get lasik operation done.

B. I am sorry but there is no medicine or diet or glass or contact lens to get rid of glasses
Lasik is only option but it is possible only after age of 18yrs
