U seem to be having Computer vision syndrome and dry eye. A few simple changes in your life style should give u relief. Take a break from the computer screen every 20 mins. During this time, close your eyes, or look at something far away, or even better, go for a brief walk around the office if possible. Secondly, Try to blink more during your time looking at the computer screen (subconsciously, our blink reduces to less than half of normal while looking at the screen . If u follow these 2 rules, u will see a drastic improvement in your symptoms. Start using lubricating eye drops like OPTIVE liberally. Try not to sit with the air conditioning blowing into your eyes, as this will only aggravate your dry eye. Wear glasses with an anti glare coating. As for ur neck pain, u have to adjust the chair height the the monitor angle in such a way that there is only a 15 degree bend at the neck. Pls google ideal workspace posture to get a better idea.
