Eye and headache glasses irittation

Good evening sir I ask an thing that both eyes axes can be 180 and left eyes 10 degree or right eye 180 comfort but not seen clear but when doctor gave me 180 in both eyes I seen clear but headache continuously increase please help me sir change many more doctors
