do u wear minus  glasses, do u have any family history of glaucoma... these patients are at higher risk of increased intraocular pressure.. one must check the pressure of eye before and 10days after prescribing the steroids to look for any rise... should not use steroids for very long unless very necessary..

Steroids are notorious to cause drug induced glaucoma. While using steroids one must have an eye over it .if your doctor has prescribed ,then he must be taking care of it.you can discuss the issue with him during your visit.
