Extremely bad smell from vagina

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My down parts stink very much, initially it was a bit, now even if I'm wearing jeans and I just open my thighs while sitting on a chair, I can smell it and I'm afraid people around me do too. And it's a pathetic smell. I also have a lot of itching down there,all the time. What is wrong here? Is it a symptom of a particular infection that I can take medication for?
