I am feeling extreme weakness since last two days. It has been observed that I have experienced it after taking medicine containing salt tamsulosin hydrochloride. Can you tell me that is it the side effect of taking this salt? And how can I recover from it. Should I stop taking this. Can it even have serious results. I will be much obliged to u.... Pls reply soon.....

Rarely patients taking this medication may have decreased blood Pressure while walking and standing. May have increase the salt intake. If not getting better, then have to discontinue and see
