Hello, You should get yourself examined by a surgeon. It could be piles or fissures. You could use Syr Cremaffin 10 ml at night to make your stool softer. Treatment can be done only after knowing your cause of bleeding and pain.

I would advise you to meet the nearest General Surgeon to evaluate your condition, from your symptoms you seem likely to have piles/hemorrhoids. Treatment options in piles are: - Lifestyle change such as avoid straining during bowel movements, changing diet to a fiber rich(such as fruits, vegetables and bran rich cereals), loosing weight also helps. - Medical option where medicines such as corticosteroids(to reduce inflammation), ointments, creams and laxatives are some options of treatment - Surgical option only if the grade of hemorrhoids is high where procedures such as banding, stapling, sclerotherapy, etc would be advised.
