Extreme headache due to movement
Extreme headache Due to moving.for ex-standing up from sitting or sitting from standing and walking.I also have a runny nose for the last 3 days. So i'm using xylometazoline 0.05. But after 3-4 hrs after using it, my nose starts to get runny again.

Hi
You must be suffering from acute rhinosinusitis. Better get consultation done at the earliest ,as drops alone is not sufficient.
Try steam inhalation,it may be of some help in mild cases.
