I have been having increasing hairfall over the last two months, I also had swine flu before 3 months. Hair looks very damaged and rough as well.

You must be having telogen effluvium. It is common after some viral infection and starts after 3 months. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
