Hello.. First of all do not stress. Simply worrying about hair fall can cause more hair loss. Some people have oily scalp and this may cause dandruff and other skin infections to develop causing itching. Excess and vigorous shampooing might also result in hair fall. You have not mentioned the duration of hair fall or any other illness you are suffereing from. A detailed clinical evaluation is needed to find the cause of hair fall. Often systemic diseases manifests externally with hair fall. Blood investigation may be needed. Treatment will depend on the cause. Consultation with a dermatologist is necessary for treatment.
Next Steps
Do not apply hair oil . Do not go for hair spa and other treatments as  messaging may cause hair roots to weaken and consequently hair fall. Do not apply hair color/henna.

Greetings.! Hairfall and thinning of hair are one of the common questions raised often by teenagers and young adults. If severe one must address the same. You are of a younger age and advise you to meetup a Specialist for a detailed assessment / examination for your problems. Treatment can then planned based on clinical findings during your checkup. Avoid trying out different shampoos and oiling up you hair. Follow what your Specialist would advise Good luck
