Extreme buring stinging pain after punch

Asked for Male, 18 Years

There is this thing my friend does called a dot where he basicly punches you with two fingers and today we got in a fight and he did it so hard the entire area burns and stings extremely bad, he did it about an inch and a half above the spot between the nipple and sternum, it hurts so bad i cant even where a shirt
