  3. Got punched on the head. Bleeding.

Got punched on the head
Got punched on the head during a physical altercation. I only got punched once. The punch wasn't hard and I didn't feel a thing and I still don't feel any pain or headache but I still feel where I got hit and I'm kind of worry That might cause internal bleeding.
