Extra renal pelvis
I had backpain (left side) for 1wk. In CT , there is an extra renal pelvis. No calculi. Does extra renal pelvis causes back pain

No, extrarenal pelvis as such won't cause any pain. If there is pelviureteric junction obstruction, then it might cause pain.
Next Steps
Need to do a DTPA renogram to rule out obstruction
