Extra lobar pulmonary sequestration
A well defined heterogeneous lesion of size 43×41 mm is seen in the foetal abdomen left hypochondriac region between diaphragm and stomach. Stoch is indented but separate. On color Doppler it shows significant peripheral as well as internal vascularity.
