My face skin is usually very dry , mostly the dryness (white spots) can be visible on the eye lids and around the eye. The problem is when i apply any moisturizer/lotion around my eyes (though i am careful not to let anything enter/touch my eyes) , after sometime irritation starts in the eye, which remains whole day untill i have a sleep.
Please suggest some solution doctor.

It can be seborrhoeic dermatitis and not merely dryness ,need to consult a dermatologist and take proper treatment.
