External cervical resorption
I had an accident before 15 years ago at that time my front teeth disbalance, so doctor put a wire in it. The present time my one teeth are totally extracted inside and it is in case 3 and two teeth are in case 2 cervical resorption.

Maybe you should extract those teeth . Wait for proper bone formation and then go for implants .
