A street cat scratch me with nails with minor little bit blood comes out so i visited government hospital for Rabies vaccine i was previously vaccinated with 4 dose intradermal Day 0 3 7 28 and i completed last vaccine on 2nd August 2021 ( 3 months 5 days Ago) so it's more than 3 months As per ( World health organization and National guidelines) after 3 month's 2 booster dose Day 0 and Day 3 required if expose again so i told the doctor at Government hospital but doctor said you don't need booster dose for 6 months and didn't give me booster dose? So the doctor knows better than World health organization ( WHO) should i have to take booster dose from private hospital??

Booster dose is required after 3 months. If you don't mind the costs then visit the private hospital and get your shots. However even the government center is obliged to provide you with the vaccination. You must insist or look for a second opinion
