Expiry of vitamin tablets
I have a doubt regarding the usage of "Expiry" date supplements
I have some vitamin supplements for skin which is expired just three months before (01/2020).
Is it safe to intake those supplements even after Expiry about just 3 months before?
Please clarify and give me your valuable answers

Generally it's not safe but it depends on where u live. U can extend expiry by some months in colder regions
