Experiencing Regular Acidity/Heartburn
I have been having extreme acidity and heartburn for about 1 week now and it occurs almost after each meal (veg/n-veg alike). It soothes with Eno and or panD but re occurs each time. The motions are also fine with a little bit of constipation. I have increased fiber intake and am cut down on meats and dairy (Except curd). Kindly advise if I should administer a complete detox and if I should get any specific tests done. Thanks and Regards, Jitin

Hi..... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your heartburn. Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed
