I have fatty liver and pancreas...I feel exhausted all the time...stomach uneasyness...I am diabetic and hypothyroid...is there any cure for fatty liver and pancreas???

Do following..
Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind
Do yogasanas and pranayam daily
Do meditation regularly
Take
Alo vera juice daily on empty stomach
Approximately 15 ml to 20 ml
Take salads, vegetable juices, soups more
Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food, maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc
Use cow ghee or olive oil for cooking
Take
Kumariasav
15 ml Twice a day for 3 months
Bhunimbadi kadha by sandu pharma
20 ml Twice a day for 3 months
