Can I use baking soda , apple cider vinegar etc for neck exfoliation while pregnant? Since chemical exfoliation is harmful to foetus

Provide with photos so that accurate diagnosis can be made. Neck darkness can be Acanthosis nigricans. It needs to be treated.
