Dear doctor... Is it fine if instead of going to a gym, I go to a physiotherapist once in a month to make my exercise routine... Like which exercise to do and how many repetitions and sets, etc...

Going to a physiotherapist is never a replacement for going to the gym & vice versa... Physiotherapy is mainly to strengthen particular groups of muscles that may be weak due to a disease process...For general fitness & well being going to the gym & having a personal trainer would be advisable
