Exercise in High BP
I have High Blood Pressure for which I take regular medication (Olmezest AM 40 mg & Petril Beta 10mg). My weight is around 95kg and want to work on weight loss. I go for regular walk for 3-4 kms. I want to know that whether I can add rope skipping as well as part of my exercise regime.

Hello.. Yes you have to do something for your weight loss.. You can include any cardio exercises in your Regime...Its better you start now only as obesity/ overweight is an added rusk factor for your blood pressure to lead into any cardio vascular complications....
