Increase in your height is during 16 to 24 year depending upon your genetic structure... Mean depending upon when your father or mother get their height growth.....
Exercise or nutrition supplement will help in height increase only when height is not increasing due to its deficiency...
So exercise is not so much effective in height increase...

Unless u had growth hormone deficiency
Exercises are always a good thing, but can't increase height at this age
