Since last 2 years my weight has increased by 15 kg. Now i am 80 kg but i was 65 kg in 2015. I have irregular periods and duration of periods lasts only 2 days max. Inspite of exercise no weight loss. Last two months i am also having terrible knee and ankle bone pain. Kindly suggest how to lose weight as it is lowering my morale and confidence.

Hi welcome - As u have knee & ankle pain, so can not practice heavy exercises or brisk walking. So its advisable to practice mild level exercises, mild walking, some specific yoga ,/ fat burning poses. As per diet is concerned , you have to plan a very low carbohydrate, very low fat diet but normal protein. Better you visit a good dietician & get a good diet plan which you have to follow & implement Toto. menstrual irregularities, some body pain will go off after a certain fays once u reduce some weight.
