Excessive sweating can be due to anxiety or medications such as escitalopram. You will need to review the cause ie is your anxiety not yet fully resolved or whether the sweating is related to starting medication or increasing the dose of it.
Solution will lie accordingly. If changing medication is not an option then please consider practical measures such as carrying extra napkins, change of clothes or fragrances as needed
If the excessive sweating due to anxiety is resolved and it's been atleast 4-6 months, then only you should think of tapering off and stopping the medicines. If the excessive sweating is still there and the psychiatrist says it is a symptom of anxiety, then you need to discuss with him to further optimise the treatment and if the psychiatrist says the sweating is not related to anxiety then you need to consult a Physician to ascertain the cause and treatment accordingly. If you are well from last many months, then you should decrease tab clonazepam to 0.25mg at night for a week and then take half tablet of 0.25mg for another week and then stop. Continue Escitalopram and Restfull for next 2 weeks after stopping clonazepam and then make restfull half tablet for a week before stopping it completely. After another 2 weeks make Escitalopram 25mg per day for a week, and then decrease 5mg every week before stopping it completely.
