Excessive Sweating from palms of hands.

Hi I have been experiencing this problem since childhood and that is excessive sweating from palms of my hands and soles of my foot especially in summers. It sweats so much that it has developed an inferiority complex in me,lowered my confidence as I always feel if someone sees me sweating so much from my hands and foots then the person might feel strange and would avoid me. I have never seen a doctor for this problem as it kind of doesn't trouble me in winters but summers turn out to be terrible for me. I have never taken any medication for this. And no other area of my body sweats like this.it sweats like water dripping out of hands.I am unable to hold my phone,slippers slip from my foot due to sweat. It's very embarrasing and disturbing mentally and physically. Please guide and help. Thanks
