I daily need a sleep of 10 hours which I think a is a lot...on the other hand my friends sleep very less and are able to do more work when compared to me.... Should I concentrate on making my sleep hours less or is it OK ????

Hello, Each persons sleep requirement differs. It is important that you feel refreshed after sleep when you wake up. Dont worry about the number of hours you need to sleep as long as you are refreshed when you wake up.
