Excessive irritation/Soreness in throat
Hello Doctors, I was suffering from a throat allergy on 2nd May so I consulted with an ENT Specialist & he prescribed Telecast F tablet for 2 weeks & Refzil O 500 for 6 days. I completed my prescribed dosage on 17th may but after that my Throat & mouth gets totally dry & I am having salivery deposits/Layer on the surface of my tongue. I am still feeling excessive irritation on my throat as my throat is stuck with white mucus...sometimes i also feel burning sensation & a little pain  on my chest as well as in stomach. This feeling comes just after having a meal & i can feel sour & bitter kind of thing on my throat.....I dont understand what is happening with me..I cant go to hospital as i have asthma also so i dont want to go outside..i am very much worried..i dont have fever, cough, difficulty breathing etc...but I have nasal congestion and sometimes headache also. please help me find the right solution for my problem.

You might be having gastritis with GERD. It explains the burning sensation. the white phlem in throat is a normal entity. Constantly trying to remove is the  usual problem.
