Excessive hairfall & fungal infection

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had been working in a night shift role and was facing excessive hair fall. Recently, I was moved to a day shift project and my sleep cycle and food habits got back to normal. The hairfall stays the same. What do I do? Also, I have been facing fungal infections ever since I was a toddler.
