Excessive fatigue & Sleep
From last 2 months I am facing a problem of excessive fatigue and sleepiness. I am taking normal diet but most of the time I feel like heaviness in head and eyes due to sleep. Though I am taking sleep of 6-7 hours daily. Sleep at 12-1 and wake up at 7-8 . From few days I also face a problem of fainting. I want to know if these symptoms are normal or sign of some disease. If yes, What should I do?

Exercise and stay active. Activity helps promote a good night's sleep. Get at least 20 to 30 minutes of vigorous exercise daily at least five to six hours before bedtime.... Stick to a sleep schedule. Keep your bedtime and wake time consistent from day to day, including on weekends.....
