Excessive face sweating

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I don't know why i get more sweat even in low temperature. If sweat starts a little bit then my mind is going to think that Why i sweating, why i sweating, which makes me increase sweat level. Only I'm getting face sweating not rest of other body, please doctors give me some best treatment or tablets to control my excessive sweat I'm ready to consult online.
