Excessive etching on head

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I have gone through hair transplant. I have been suffering from excessive etching on the head area. This etching is more dominant on the doner side with red rashes like patches. Also my head has been developing some pimples every now and then. Please help. I have attached a few pics for more clarity.
