Excessive etching on head

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I have gone through hair transplant 40 days before. After that I have developed red patches on the doner areas. I am having excessive etching in those areas. This etching is there on transplant area too but no red patches. Also there are a few pimples which are coming on my head very frequently.
