Excessive dry skin. N lot of itching.

I am 30 yrs old female. mother of 19 months old baby boy. i came Jaipur last year in August, later since then my skin is troubling a lot. my foot base has gone very rough and thick scaling is there. it pains. even over my skin many eruptions are there on hands and legs..which gives lot n lot of itching. and after I scratch it hurts badly. my ear and nose portion is also very dry. I get patches over my scalp too. earlier I was facing the issue of pitiriasis but it got recovered. these are very much different spots. I am continuously on homeopath medication since December after coming here...and that relieved me a lot but for now I just cannot wait because of this weather change and atmosphere and water not suitable for me...i am hardly able to manage my skin condition. please help me to get rid of it.
