Excessive blinking can be due to dry eyes.Reduce the screen time and use lubricant eye drops such as Refresh tears eye drop 4 times daily for 2 weeks. If it still persists ,get your eyes examined by ophthalmologist.

Would like to know about the duration of your complaints , your screen time each day or any kind of work you are involved in which you need to focus more say painting, jewelry making, crafts, arts etc. If any of these is there then follow 20-20 rule - After every 20 minutes of your near work take a break and focus for 20 seconds at a far away object at least 20 meters away. Drink water in adequate amount and take adequate sleep.
Next Steps
Can start with (1). Lubricant Eyedrops. Composition- Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose or Carboxymethylcellulose. (2). Multivitamins with omega 3 fatty acids.
Health Tips
Give cold compress 3 times a day...can dip clean cotton in refrigerator cool water and place it over eyes for 15 seconds..
