Excessive Anger
During childhood and after we grew up i have seen my mother behave extreme at times. I also react in similar way as her. I do introspect and try to control my anger. Sometimes iam successful and some time iam not. Currently iam married and there are certain things happened that hurt me a lot. E.g during our honey moon we went with sis in law family and i really didn't liked it, during pregnancy i was depressed for the reason that i never got opportunity to go with my husband on any trip. It has been 9 years of marriage and iam not able leave these things behind. Yesterday's incident  i was really tired of office work and past few days my mother was hospitalized and i felt i should take rest. We had to complete my sons school work but due his bad writing i was irritated. Due to this my husband said that you only are irritable in at home.to this i started shouting on top of my voicea d it continued. this happened in front of my son and i don't want this to happen again. pleasw advise.

It seems you have probably been depressed since a long time. Also your way of reacting in situations may be a result of what you have learned since childhood as well as some of some incorrect beliefs you may hold within you.
