I have cholesterol high and also my triglycerides are 216..are they related

The sweating and cholesterol are not related.
Some people have excessive sweating over the palms and soles, usually increased during times of stress (important events, exams, etc.)
Excessive sweating can be controlled and minimized by medication and by some procedures.
