Excess sweating of forehead and head

Iam 24 years old man and iam suffering from a problem of excess sweating of forehead and head .Because of this problem iam not able to do my field work properly.Even my father sweats alot.Due to this problem my face is getting dark and dull.Is there any remedies for this problem without any side effects ?
