Altered taste and increased turbidity of saliva are common symptoms whenever fever occurs due to any reason. Try to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing your teeth properly and cleaning your tongue by a toothbrush and maintain adequate hydration. Get yourself evaluated by a physician so that the infection that you are suffering from can be adequately diagnosed and treated and once it is over your taste sensation will return to normal. Regards
